Purpose: This curriculum is designed to give students the knowledge and skills to provide technical support to end users on various technical issues and problems relating to hardware and software applications. Students completing the program can sit for the CompTIA A+, CompTIA Security+ and the CompTIA Linux+ Certifications.
Program Objectives: Employment opportunities include entry-level positions as IT Support Analysts, Help Desk Support, and Desktop Support Technician.
Admission Requirements: Applicants must meet the requirements for admission to credit-level coursework established by the college.
