Description: Assigns problems for independent study incorporating previous instruction and supervised by the instructor. Examines a range of topics critical for professional development including national credentialing and state-specific requirements, advocacy efforts and professional organizations, participation in fieldwork education, and understanding the influence of contextual trends on the OTA profession. Lecture 1 hour per week.
