Description: Provides hands on lab experiences designed to reinforce the fundamentals of biological chemistry taught in CHM 260* such as biochemistry assays, enzyme kinetics, enzyme purification, chromatography, electrophoresis and use of western blots. Laboratory 3 hours per week.
