NUR 112 - Nursing II (8 CR)
Focuses on the nursing care of adults experiencing changes along the health/illness continuum that are common, well-defined, and have predictable outcomes. Includes math computational skills, basic computer instruction related to the delivery of nursing care; acid-base balance, gastrointestinal, genitourinary, musculoskeletal, immunology, oncology, sensori-neural, infectious diseases, endocrine, respiratory and blood disorders and care of the dying client. Provides supervised learning experiences in college nursing laboratories and/or cooperating agencies. Lecture 3 hours. Laboratory 15 hours. Total 18 hours per week.
